Restaurants in Aruba

How about the best Caribbean Cooking?

 Caribbean-Food-Aruba

Since you are in Aruba you might want to skip your normal restaurant choices of meat, seafood, or Italian and try something more "Caribbean" here are some options -

Nos Cunucu

297-582-7122

(Cunucu means "Farm") Features authentic "home-cooked" Creole-Aruban food in a traditional setting. Great place to discover cuisine that is truly Aruban.

The Pastechi House

Main Street in Oranjestad

Pastechi’s are a traditional Aruban food similar to latin-style empanadas. They are "turnovers" stuffed with cheese (Dutch Gouda), chicken, beef or fish. Might be called Aruban "fast food" but they are a lot tastier than the American variety of fast food. If you’re visiting Oranjestad give them a try.

Papiamento

297-586-4544

A fine restaurant located in the Palm Beach area featuring a variety of food including traditional Caribbean food prepared "Aruban-style." Papiamento should definitely be on your list of places to try if you’d like well-prepared and tasty Caribbean food, but they also serve great seafood and other dishes.

So, now you’ve got a list to get you started!

And if you just want to stay in your hotel at night and try their own "in-house" restaurants, don’t worry - there are many great choices for you at just about any time of day or night. Remember that the island of Aruba works hard to give their guests a great experience so their restaurants take pride in the food and service they provide.
